Celebrating and refreshing those selfless individuals who volunteer by serving in ministry, community, sharing their skills with those in need through their compassion and kindness.



Join us on Saturday, April 19, 2025 at 9:00AM - 11:30AM at the Embassy Suites by Hilton St. Louis Airport 11237 Lone Eagle Drive, Bridgeton, MO 63044, for fellowship, breakfast buffet, music and worship. Ample parking in the rear of hotel leads you directly to the entrance of our event. Be greeted by our hospitality team and be treated with STAND OUT service.



Individual tickets are $30; Table of 8 is $240



Sponsorships are available (Ticket, Platinum, Purple, Gold)

Volunteers are essential in helping us reach the people we are called or compelled to serve. Bring your volunteers to be celebrated, renewed, and encouraged. This is a Christian event acknowledging the sacrifice and labor in ministry, community, justice and equity.

Sponsorship levels are available. If you are unable to attend but would like to support a volunteer to attend use the 'Sponsor' at $30 level (deadline 04/10/2025).

Platinum $500 level sponsors will have their company/ministry name and logo featured on our social media platforms, full page ad and four (4) tickets; 
Purple $250 level sponsors will have their company/ministry name and logo featured on our social media platforms, half page ad and four (2) tickets;
Gold $100 level sponsors will have their company/ministry name and logo featured on our social media platforms, and one (1) ticket.
